Friday's Grand Artisan Preview & Dave Stamey Concert!

Artisan Show & Sale:  4:00 - 7:00pm   Hors d'oeuvres & No-Host Beverage Bar

Show & Sale! Buying privileges. Special time to mix and mingle with selected artisans, gear makers, historians exhibiting and selling, sharing their knowledge and skills influenced by early vaquero techniques - saddles, gear, rawhide riatas, bits, spurs, jewelry, books, fine art and more!

Welcome & Concert:  7:00 - 8:30pm   Stage Introduction of our Special Guests & Recognition of "Los Sabios Vaqueros" at Vaquero Heritage Days.

"Concert Under the Stars" by our Featured Entertainer - Dave Stamey, National award-winning singer, songwriter & Western Music Association Performer of the Year. Concert vaquero-style outdoors, clear August sky, oak trees swaying in the breeze, chairs provided. You won't want to miss this performance!

SPECIAL TREAT!  "Concert" includes special introduction of Jessica Hedges,  Coyboy Poet and Adrian "Buckaroo" Singer/Songwriter. Both are talented artisans representing vaquero heritage with a "woman's spirit"!

 

AND.....plan on returning Saturday & Sunday. Spend more time with Artisans at the Show & Sale, see vaquero-style horsemanship demonstrations by Bruce Sandifer and Richard Caldwell along with Jo Johnson vaquero-style trainer & Morgan stock horse breeder. Meet and speak with our special guests & enjoy chef-prepared lunches and no-host beverage bars.

Both Jessica Hedges and Adrian "Buckaroogirl"will be sharing their talents with us throughout the weekend. We hope you make plans to attend each day!
